I got a small charge out of going to get the weekend's e-mail this AM.I was notified that I had 137 messages!Fortunately DSL made short work of getting them. When I perused the list I found that I had received all of the auto generated messages from 6/22 to 7/6.Did this have something to do with the changeover?I can't bring this up to my favorite moderator because I am He!:D :D My partner can't answer this because she's gainfully employed:( Now what?
Harry,
Don't know what to say. My auto generated (receive updates to this thread) are right on the money.Did you get this on the new mac? :shiner:
Harry,
Weren't you having Mail Server issues in the past? Maybe that had something to do with it.

I got so much mail, my TI powerbook went from 4.6 lbs to 9.3 in less than a minute!
Sean, I didn't get the new computer until mid July, and the mail was just delivered sometime over the weekend, so it didn't have anything to do with that.
Jo-I was having mail server problems in the board before the recent change, and I seem to recall Steve saying something about the old server hanging on to stuff for a couple of weeks.I thought this might be related to that but its still a mystery if it isn't.
BTW I am using IE for the first time (other than to take a look) and I notice that while my prevelent colour is still Marias Lilac, the boarder of the message window, and the page slides are in a beautiful shade of blue. This must be a plot by Mr Gates to get folks to use IE!.,....Back to Netscape after this visit.

Not to sure you can find Mr. Bill guilty on all counts, HC.
I'm using the Arizona color scheme and my window boarders and slide controls match the theme. Could be some other setting in your IE since you are not as familar with it as Netscape.

Good to hear from you! I don't want to be accused of a subtrefuge to get people to try Lilac, but did you try Lilac in IE? Desert Sky was uniform in all its somewhat less than radiant colours (but a very pleasant tweedy) but Lilac had a bright blue around the message window as well as the slides.Just curious on a slow day!How about Suzy getting her avatar ?:D she thought she'd never live long enough.best from harry
