Tracing only through Vision Web

Is it possible to send a tracing only to a Lab through Vision Web, or do we have to fill out the complete order when it is not needed?

No, trace files can't be sent without the order information. Without the order information, the trace won't be tied to a particular job at the lab. Are you trying to send a trace file for an order that the lab has already received via phone or fax?

Yes the lab has recieved the job through Eyefinity (it's a VSP job), and we need to send them a tracing for the patients own frame. It's no problem, we fill out all the fields and the lab cancels the order after receiving the tracing, but it's just a minor pain to do a complete order just to send them a trace.
