Kappa users help!!

Having a possible axis problem with a kappa, of coarse its in an office 70 miles from me. Tryed to talk the optician thru it but can't get the edger to bring up the 40mm square. Bar codes are reading all other codes, but not the shapes. I thought all the shapes were pre-loaded at factory. (I bought this pre-owned ) Need help from all you Kappa experts please.

Don't those have a bar code book for bringing up the shapes and different calibration and adjustment modes?

Yes, the calibration and adjustments scan, just not the shapes, Round, square etc...
