Re-register - re license - Virginia Opticians Help

I originally trained in Richmond Virginia at RJ Saergent Reynolds in the optical programme and was given a Virginia License in 1984 after successful completion of my studies.

I have lived in New Zealand now for over 10 years, and am wondering what is required to re-register with the Virginia licensing board. I registered in New Zealand, with my overseas qualifications, after successful completion of a practical examination in 1999.
