Is this a VisionWeb issue?

Recently I tried sending a tracing from our Essilor Phi tracer to a non-Essilor lab via VisionWeb. The tracing never arrived. I called the Essilor instrument division and spoke with the Phi support person, who told me that tracings from the Phi can only be sent to Essilor labs :mad:

I wonder whether this is a tracer issue or whether it's a VisionWeb - Essilor Phi interface issue. Anyone at VisionWeb have an answer?

Replies in a similar thread in the General forum show that this is a tracer issue, not a VisionWeb issue.
