Hustle or Rhumba Frame?

Does anyone have a Rhumba or Hustle frame? It's a plastic, 3 piece mount that I got from Glimmerglass Optical, and they're no longer available. I need one in crystal by Tuesday.

(or if you have any ideas of something else I could use.)
