Howdy-
Just an informal survey for the ECPs: would you be interested in receiving free appointment cards with your practice's info on it? Perhaps something that could be used at the time of purchase to set an appointment for a future date. Is this something you would use?
Thanks again!

we took advantage of Transition TOM to send out 6,000 cards to let our patients know we were moving, saved us hundreds of dollars. What's the harm in advertising for a product you believe in if they share the cost. it was a win win situation for us.

Intern2007,
Don't let the few bother you. Many practices would welcome this opportunity.

They could be appointment cards...or mailers...or reminders. Basically what I'm trying to get at is: what's valuable to you? What would you want and actually use?
What I'm thinking is that we would personalize these so that the main focus would be your practice (name, address, phone, appointment date, etc.)
Yes, such cards would be valuable to my company because our logo would be somewhere on the card (although definitely not the focus of the card). However, our REAL benefit comes from your gain- retaining customers and reducing cycle time.
Thanks again for your thoughts!

An appointment due card with an Alize or Transitions thing on the front could be neat. The only problem is how many customers would toss it away without looking because it is an advertisement?
