Does anyone know the possibility/likelihood of ordering a freeform PAL with horizontal prism ground within the corridor only? And given the variation of prism necessity with gradual increase of convergence, would it be possible to have the prism power "progress" in proportion with the add increase?

Rx:

-2.50 -2.00 x 05
-3.00 -2.00 x 05

+2.50 add w/1D BI Ou @ nr only

Diagnosis: 378.20 Exotropia, intermittent

The patient isn't wearing PALS but I want to know for curiosity's sake if nothing else.
