1.53 trivex or newer 1.67 or 1.71??

I am currently wearing a 1.53 trivex pair of glasses and they are a little thicker than I like.

My pres:

4.25 - 3.75 180
4.25 - 2.50 o2

I would like to upgrade to a thinner lens and wanted to know what options I had and what might be the best choice? And where would be the best place to order the new lenses?
