The new TRC-NW6 Non-Mydriatic Retinal Camera is the ideal instrument for the growing market in Telemedicine and Diabetic Screening.
The main optical system in the TRC-NW6 incorporates a dual magnification mechanism to allow for digital video capture of either 45° or 30° fields.
To assist in capturing multiple images using today’s advanced video technology, the camera incorporates five flash levels to choose from. This gives the user greater flexibility for capturing all patient images with the most effective level of illumination for each image
Additional Info and Features:
Blink DetectionThe intelligent, highly sophisticated TRC-NW6 detects when the patient is blinking. In case the patient blinks just before the flash activates, the TRC-NW6 detects it and stops taking the photograph.
30° Angle of CoverageIn addition to the 45° angle, it is also possible to use the 30° angle, as it gives an enlarged image that contains more detailed information.
Easy AlignmentAlignment is easily accomplished by overlapping two bright spots on the monitor, assuring fast and precise operation. Because the alignment spot is always in the monitor view, the operation is smooth and reliable.
Easy FocusingFocusing is easily obtained by aligning split lines on the focusing bar. The focusing bar can be turned on and off.
Polaroid AttachmentThe TRC-NW6 is equipped with a special Polaroid Attachment. Professional 779 film can be used to provide fine detail and excellent color quality. A print is automatically ejected after each exposure. An error message appears on the monitor when the film pack becomes empty or when a film pack has not been loaded into the attachment. To prevent unintentional flash discharge, the flash can not be activated while the warning lamp is blinking.
Photography of the Anterior Portion of the EyeNot only retinal images, but also the anterior portion of the eye can be easily photographed.
