I just made a posting on Market Place about above issue.

It does not seem right that a sponsor tries to coax Optiboard members to pay for advertising on their site while their traffic ratings are 13.19 time less http://www.optiboard.com/forums/images/icons/icon13.gif than the Optiboard.

Anybody advertising on that site has a chance that 13.19 less people will see their ad for which they have to pay, than on the Optiboard. Marketplace

Geez, it's a Marketplace forum. Of course people can advertise there.

Also the great folks at VisionWeb asked me first and I told them I see no problem with them posting this in the Marketplace forum.

With all du respect I feel that your criticism is entirely misplaced and that instead you should be thanking VisionWeb for agreeing to sponsor OptiBoard when other major industry corporations haven't. They are showing support and foresight and honestly do not deserve this kind of response.

If you feel like criticizing someone, criticize me for saying they could post that ad.
