is that banner part of it? is it all hosted on their servers?

It's all hosted on their server. You just run a little applet on your host. It's only 25 lines or so. I've been using Multicity for a couple of years now. All in all it's the best chat service I've found.

do you know of any similar ones that don't have banners? i don't mind paying if it's not like a thousand dollars. :p
