NE Ohio ODs & Opticians needed

Optician and OD needed for busy practice. We have added 3 opticians in the last 2 years, and we still have more work than everyone can handle. You must be (not necessarily in any order). We have 3 ODs, but they want some time off, as well as an upcoming maternity leave.

Yeah, unfortunately, they are...

The optician position is for a floater" too cover our vacations, days off, and any other spot we needed her.

The OD position is to cover maternity leaves, as well as to add some extra exam days at one of the offices. I would be willing to guarantee $150K yearl for 3 days a week work.
