Anyone have experience with this frame company?

My advice would be simply...DO NOT GO THERE!

I have had nothing but bad experiences from this company. I have recieved, and been billed for, deliveries I have not requested. In addition, it is very difficult to get refunds and when they do come they are several months late. I have called them twice to ask that they not send me anymore packages and it has done no good. I plan to report them to the better business bureau.
