Depends on how good is your FEDEX discount and if you can get out a job with basic AR in 1 day!

VisionCraft in Walled lake, MI is a varilux Partner lab - in house AR that's better than any Crizal product with the same warranty. 800-686-6203 ask for Jason. Tell him Craig sent you.

Johns,

If we do see LENNY at VEE, step aside, I owe him a round or three.

Then, maybe, we can show him the WAY!!!!!!!!

Depending on the job, basic AR in a day is not a problem but we don't have a fedex discount.....they don't give us one since we rarely use them.

Oh, and your Varilux rep should be able to tell you who is authorized and "not yet owned"

Interstate Optical, independently owned, two locations, one in Indiana and one in Ohio

I 2nd Interstate. They are a little more than the EOLA labs, but they rock in terms of quality, service, and speed.

The lab managers are very personable, and I have only had to kick one job from them in the past year.

Their ARxHP is a fantastic AR as well..

Yes, Interstate has been a great lab. And in all our price comparisons they've always been (almost) 100% cheaper than the Bell Duffens (essilor) lab here in Indianapolis. (except maybe for Alize) But the price diff is more than made up for by customer service/quality!

Plus, they told us that Interstate is getting a Crizal lab in Ohio, possibly by this summer.... this should speed things up a bit!! (Dallas always takes forever)

Hi Lenny,

You might try Mcleod Optical in Rhode Island 1-800-288-5367.

They are independent but they have their own Crizal coating lab on-site. They have a branch (full surfacing) in Waterbury, CT.

Give-em a try. They are family owned.

How about the Laboratory that is NOT Varilux authorised but still surface the Varilux lenses?
I dont care much about their perks!

Luzerne in PA is an independent and they are really good customer service wise. They do zeiss coatings, so SET, GET, SET + Hydro. I like there service, not the cheapest, but they are independent and the quality is always pristine.
