For-Life, Your base is as business was in 1988 = 100

If it say's that September 2006 business was 107.5 it means it is 7.5% higner than it was 18 years ago. If the figure is in the minus we are doing below the 1988 level.................don't you think we are doing fantastic?

The only Privince that is doing fine is Alberta.
