Oliver Peoples/Paul Smith have quite a few. Also I have the Alain Mikli A0535, 58-18 /132, semi-rimless plastic 30mm 'B' which we've altered on a few occuations for some patients.

I am not sure how funky he wants the frame, but if he likes more classic looks, the Claiborne line has some great expandable temple frames, along with some regular frames that come in 145-150 temples...
