There is nothing in either OSHA or Z87 that would preclude the reuse of a safety frame. That being said, the dispenser should be aware that a safety frame must have all of the original parts (screws, pads, etc.) that were supplied with the original frame. For example, if someone had installed Hilco nose pad on an AO safety frame the frame no longer meets the criterion of a safety frame. So, OEM parts and common sense will apply.
