Trivia Update

I posted the following opti-trivia questions at work yesterday:
1) What does CR-39 stand for? (suggested by fellow Opti-boarders)
2) What does the "400" in UV400 stand for?
3) Can Transitions lenses be A/R coated?

I realize these may seem simple, but that is how I wanted to start out. To my surprise, the last question anyone found the answer to was #1. One of my coworkers even called Sola! (and talked to a rep that gave her the wrong answer.LOL). I kept insisting that the answer was in a training binder in our shop. After several more phone calls, one of them got it right. Later, I was vindicated when they found it in print in a training binder!
Anyway, thanks everyone for your input. The participation was enthusiastic, and I plan to keep it going :-) .

I am extremely disappointed to hear that the SOLA Technical Service Department is not what it used to be ... as far as getting accurate, objective answers to some of the toughest technical questions, they have always been TOPs in my book.
