I've got the rep coming in tomorrow, and I wanted to see if you had any experience with them. Judging from the catalog, I like the styles and variety. What do you think of the quality? I don't even know how long the line's been around...
Any info will be much appreciated.
TIA!

Very good quality. No problems with returns and exchanges. Many lines including the Rembrand line which if you by 50 you get them for 50% off. That means about <prices removed by Admin> per frame. Good deal for mid-range board space. Good promos and cute sellable products like Barbie, Jones New York Petite which was long overdue for small women. I've used Rem for over 10 years.

We have put together some package programs with the local REM rep on the Barbie and Converse lines. Both have been well recieved by patients and are high quality.

cocoisland-
that petite line is exactly what caught my eye! I was so glad to have something for my tiny ladies that isn't a kid's frame! We bought into the line last week...just waiting for it to arrive.

For the record, they're here and I'm thrilled with them! The quality is great, they hold adjustments well, and they have literally sold themselves! I'm very glad we brought them in.

See? Tell me you got the JNY petites in the purples. You have to have the purples.

Of course! In fact, an option other than children's frames for petite ladies is what attracted me to the line in the first place! (Actually, our receptionist likes one of them an aweful lot! I think she's going to buy it.)
Oh, and the converse? I cannot keep it on the shelves! It is just perfect for boys!

REM is definitely a good frame company that supports its products. You never have a problem returning for warranty and the frames are of decent quality. The Rembrandt line is at a decent price point. Great for the post op cat patient that doesn't want to spend much more than medicare allowance of $64.00 for a frame. The patient is happy and I feel assured that the frame will hold up for them.

I'm jaded, rem is one of many good frame companies out there, but like many west caost companies, don't do next day delivery.
It takes almost a week to get a frame - in NYC that's not acceptable.
I also can't get used to waiting on line for more than a minute, but this is all a NY thing.
I have the same problem with Innovative's magnetic line, so I use Aspex instead.

So Maybe you should take a bigger stock, or even better ask them to place a part of their stock in your store..
If you sell a lot of their frame's , it would be no problem ?
I had a collection , going that fast i had structural stockproblem and now i have a part of their collection in my store. Works fine with me , so maybe this could be a sollution for your problem.

Used them some years ago but found the prices to be a little high and it irritated me that frames I paid $50.00 for could be bought by my customers in the PX for $15.00.

What's a good, not-overly priced frame company for children's frames?
