I am in need of the sleeves that are used with the Kawasaki line of rimless frames. We have a patient who is using his own frames and the old sleeves are really beat. The lab called and can not use the ones that are there. If anyone here can supply me with some, I would be very grateful. Advise of costs and we can work it out. Thank you!

We had a problem with Kawasaki and closed out their line. We found that the Uniti sleeves worked just fine. I can't remember who has Uniti however. I'm sure someone on here will know though!!

Good luck!

I have used Marchon "airlock" (second generation) bushings as terrific substitutes!

Hope this helps

Thanks Barry. I am not sure if they would work or not. I do not have the frame in hand to check either. I will keep it in mind.

PS.Just finished your CE course from the July 2006 20/20 Magazine.
Very good. Thanks for the hard work and effort. I always enjoy reading your stuff(here and magazines).

Dave,
Thanks for the offer. Let me know how much. Send me a private message.
I got the job back from the lab yesterday and I tried the Airlock bushing, but they did not work. The hole was not quite wide enough. I was going to ream it out, but tried something else first. I used the Hilco sun clip tube replacement. It is the tube used to cover the metal prongs on the Hilco clip ons. This seemed to work. I would like to have the actual sleeves, though!
Thanks.
