magnetic clip

This is a first for me we recieved a macnetic clip from Manhatan Designs where either the magnet in the clip or frame was reversed rather than attracting they repelled one another. Anyone else ever have this happen??!

We had a patient whose clip reversed after she had it and started to repell on one side. I don't have any idea what caused this. She said the magnet hadn't fallen out. :confused:

I had this happen on a run of frames from Royce Eyewear a year ago. What a nightmare. I spent a small fortune on shipping, credit chasing, wasted time, and a basically...a waste of my life trying to get that mess cleared up.
I kept being told "This never happens", "you don't knowwhat you're talking about". Oh, don't I Needless to say....I carry quite a bit less Royce frames then what I did!
