Welcome to the final frontier, my friend! Congratulations, and remember to wear your seatbelts at all times (cause where you're going can be quite a scary ride at times).

Congratulations, Harry and Mrs. Harry!
A word of advice - it's ok for your wife to gain 50 lbs. and you are not supposed to notice.

I add my best wishes as well, take advantage of all the things you want to do on weekends now, because in a short while, your time will not be your own! You will, however, not mind that very much!
Great news Harry. Congrats.

Consider having a 4D scan. Click on baby folder to see Lucy.

It really makes you feel closer being told the sex of baby while seeing her on screen.

That's so awesome! Congratulations man!
Congrats!!!!
I'll pass on some wisdom my father passed to me the night my daughter was born. "you know what just happened in there tonight will change the rest of your days and nights for the rest of your life!" Sorta goofy, but I think how true that statement really is.
Best of luck.

this one I can actually see the relevance. Mrs. RCG man had baby (congrats) Mrs. HarryChilling is pregnant. But you have a good idea bring back a 5 year old consumer post and see if anyone notices.

Nope, haven't gone near the water. Strickly bottled water. Still need to try Cindy K's backyard Nestle stuff :D
Just heard on the radio tonight that E Coli has been found in the Vancouver water. I just got in from school so I will read up on it via the net since I don't own a television... If anyone knows more about, (e Coli found) please direct me to the url.. thanks Mucho!

Don't know what you've read yet but I found this (http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/22112006/3/canada-end-vancouver-s-boil-water-advisory.html) and this (http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/061123/national/water_woes) which imply it is likely to be lab error, not actual contamination. Drink up!

Reasons why this is our first and last child let me count the ways,
She has passed out at work once had to stay the night in the hospitol
She has been in the hospitol twice for dehydration (the girl can drink some water I don't get it)
Been in the hospitol once for kidney stones
been in the hospitol since easter bleeding and is now restricted to bed rest in the high risk unit
I hope it gets better than this, I have slept on a rock hard chair for the past three nights totaling maybe 4 hours sleep. I have been awake drinking rocksatar energy drinks for the past three days and I will eventualy crash for exhaust or get pulled over doing a 110mph going from hospitol to homne to work.

Sorry to hear about this. No pregnancy is ever the same so the next one may be smooth sailing (fingers crossed!). But welcome to the rest of your life! Being a parent is scary work but well worth it. The woriies and problems never stop they only change (as I'm finding out). Wish your wife the best and I hope soon you have a nice healthy family! If you need some one to talk to about it my wife and I have gone through the good, the bad and the uneventfull pregnancies.

This is the biggest change of your life for the better. A whole new world opens up to you filled with bigger highs and emotions reserved for the special few. Congratulations. I went from one to three, twin boys the last time. I raised all of them myself after the twins were 4, now 17 and 22........it can be done! It is a wild ride.......but the first one is a life changer forever. You will see a miracle in the birth but another one in watching your wife become a mother...that is the biggest transformation I think of any in life. It is amazing. I never wanted kids and how the experience changed a person like me well it is indeed something to behold.
Only the best to you three now. Good job to your wife!!!!!!! Get her anything she wants, you owe her big time for this one.....forever....you will be in her debt.

PLEASE DON'T LET THIS BE YOUR ONLY CHILD!! I am an only child/woman, and I have always hated it and felt cheated out of siblings.
I vowed when I got preg. the first time even tho I didn't want anymore I would never let my girl be in this world alone. Well God blessed me with twins the second time. I had manditory bedrest and could tell you some hair raising stories that would freak you out....but you know what? Ea. pregnancy is different. My bedrest was for 13 wks at the end for both times. I had toxemia the first pregnancy and my Obstetrician said when he found me with twins in my 8th week afterwards..........long after the birth that he thought I would possibly die trying to carry twins. But guess what ? I actually felt better on that one. I worked until the 6th month and was commuting 60 miles a day! Then I went left side down for the last three months and was bedridden except for the times I crawled down the hall to brush the toilet out and wipe a floor or get in the forbidden shower ea. day. I violated the rule a bit. But all was healthy and for a girl not wanting even one child I can't imagine how stupid I was.
Don't be afraid of the pregnancies. Each one is a ride. I look at it like this. Men have their military stories to tell and women have their pregnancy stories......worth it in the end. When you hold your child in your arms you will want to have another!

Awwwe Harry, I'm sad that your wifey is going through so much. I'm sure you're there giving her all the comfort she is needing. :)
Tell those dam nurses to put one of those single chairs (that rolls out to a single bed) in the room for you, you both need your rest!!!
A baby boy... awwwwe.
Take good care of each other!! whoo hooo, you're going to be a DADDY soon!!!!:D
