Clearly Contacts and Ontario

I saw that these guys were advertising in our newspaper. I thought it was illegal to buy over the phone or over the internet for contacts in Ontario.

I wonder if there is some loophole. Perhaps you are buying from another province where they have no such regulation.

To be honest though, I know of no regulation banning ordering CLs over the phone/net. Would that mean I can't fill a patient's order when they phone my office for more CLs?

No, it means that you have to do the measurements. Now if they got the measurements that may be the solution, but that may not be allowed.
