Transitions Academy is held each year in January. It's purpose is to educate laboratory and lens manufacturer reps on the latest developments in Transitions products/services and looks at the entire optical industry. I've gone a number of times and I'm scheduled to go again this coming January. As one who trains doctors, opticians and staff in new products and in methods of educating our customers I find it invaluable.
