Help me find state laws?

I need to find the state laws regarding dispensing of contacts and glasses for all 50
states for a research project.Can any help me
find this information all in one place?
I really would like to avoid doing this state by state all over the WWW. if possible.

The NAO produced a booklet in the mid 90's containing the requirements for licensure in all the licensed states.A few weeks back I answered a similar question in the general discussion forum but I couldn't find it by search.If you can't get what you want from NAO contact me by email and I 'll copy mine and send it to you.It probably is somewhat out of date due to reg change.hcj
