Okay,
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Very simple.......................
Miops are usually undercorrected, which means you might need - 11.00 D prescription but the refracting doctor usually will prescribe less. You have 2 prescriptions made out to the refracting doctors opinion to either fully correct or under correct. They could both be right.
This is a matter between you and the person who tested your eyes and you should go back and talk to them.

Mike,
I want to remind you of the OB posting guidelines for consumers. I suggest you visit your local eyecare professional or ask this of the MDs/ODs that provided you with the prescriptions.
Consumers are allowed to post on the Board, as long as the posts concern general eyecare related topics. However please be aware that any questions that involve diagnosing specific eyecare and eyewear problems are not appropriate for an online discussion forum. These kinds of questions should be discussed with a qualified eyecare professional who has examined you and is familiar with your situation. Posts asking for diagnostic help will be closed or removed.
