Tell me about what computer/desk lenses you sell.

I usually sell the Sola Access. I am comfortable with how to fit this lens and how it works. I know there are many other variable focus lenses like the Interview, the Office, the Hoya Tact that I have never or rarely used.

What do you like and not like about the computer lenses you use?

I like the fact that the Sola Access has a good intermediate and reading area with no line. I like the fact it is available in poly as well as cr-39. I don't like the fact that past a few feet it gets blurry.

I find it works best when I measure the pupil center and drop it about 4 or 5 mm. I try to use frames that are 30 mm deep or close to it.

We have begun offering the PRIO computer technology lenses. I believe that they are Shamir lenses.

I am guessing that we have had 2 non-adapts.

Right now, we only have cr-39 and that's okay with me.

I've been using quite a few of the Shamir Office lenses with virtually no non-adapts (perhaps one out of hundreds). It is available in CR39 and poly (for the drilled rimless) and they recently increased the upper add range. Simple to fit and patients love it. I always recommend it in place of SV reading lenses. Once in them, patients want them again.

1. Hoya Addpower is best seller now in Thailand , because the price is lowest. This lenses is main for reading and can use computer at range from 40 - 75 cm only. The best things is nearly not have any distortion.

2. Essilor InterView 080 is the most I sell. This lense is nearly the same like Hoya Addpower and range from 40 - 80 cm only.

3. Rodenstock Nexyma 40 for main reading is new one for us now and range from 40 - 120 cm. Rodenstock Nexyma 80 for main intermediate , range from 40 - 120 cm. The distortion of both lenses is very low.

4. We don't like Hoyalux TACT , because distortion on the top is very high and our customer don't like.

I love Shamir. Kudos to the company for truly creating a superior line of lenses. You'll continue to get the same extremely low non adapt percentages with the entire Shamir line. Makes dispensing life much easier.

Please , try to compare about Shamir Office vs Rodenstock Nexyma 80 for workstation computer all day long.

If you would like to going for the best , may be you have to going for Rodenstock Impression Nexyma , the world best at very higher price.
