Hello Guys,
here a very simple program to determine the film thickness of the hardcoat.
I'm using it and it'seems to have a discrete precision .
You must have a spectrophotometer.
For the measurment play like so:

1) hardcoat a plano cr-39 lens with a non index matched varnish (1.52 or more)

2) damage one surface of this plano lens with sandpaper in order to have only one mattered surface.

3) measure the good surface in reflectance

4) take the lambda value about 2 near peaks and fill the fields of the program.

This is very simple program but if people want something of more complex such as multi layer simulator please ask me.

Dear Nixg,
as explained in point 4 , take the lambda( wavelenght) values about two near peaks(approximately near 500 nm) and put inside the fields of the program.
