I notice with all of these online eyeglass websites they mention Transitions.

I wonder if Transitions is doing anything to stop this or even if they can do anything to stop this.

Edit - I know it is not just you guys. But you are conviently located right here to question.

Earlier this year some one had inquired about one of these sites..$99glasses,....something like that. I looked into it by calling their 800# and asked questions as a interested customer..secret shopper so to speak.

I found that that particular on line site was serviced by nearby labs. I think the site was based in Long Island or New Jersey. The CS lady would not say who the labs were but did say they were close by.

There is nothing we can do to stop this type of on line eyewear. Transitions is two steps removed from the on line sites.
