...how can I tell which lens will give the most room at any specific focal point for a patient? I use the Optometry magazine that analyzed the top 20 or so lenses from opticals across the country. The only problem with that is as newer 'more improved' lenses come out, I have no way of actually quantifying them in relation to these established lenses.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

You are thinking too much. What you should do is pick the progressive that you like the best,(one you get good timely service and is most profitable) then contact the manufacturer and they will provide you with all the literature you need to substantiate that you are using the best lens made.
